At Sparks Overland, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment the same day. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under our Return Policy.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise. In some cases, promotional offers may include free shipping.

Please note:

• If you receive free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Sparks Overland may be deducted from your refund in case of a return.
• If a return is not due to our error, both original and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We work with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Sparks Overland is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Delivery Issues

• Orders refused at delivery will be treated as returns and subject to applicable restocking fees.
• Sparks Overland is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Stock & Availability

In rare cases, items may become out of stock or discontinued without prior notice. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.
