If your heater is damaged or needs service, please completed this form.  We will review your submission and contact you with the next steps, including an RMA number and estimated turnaround time.  Before submitting, please have your order number and phots or video of the issue ready. 

 

Please Note:  Repairs & Warranty

All heater repairs require prior authorization and an RMA number. Customers are responsible for shipping units to Sparks Overland. Warranty repairs include return shipping. Repairs due to misuse, modification, improper installation, or physical damage are not covered under warranty and will be billed accordingly.
